Summary
Specialty Doctor – General Adult, Rehab (Preston)
We are looking to appoint a Specialty Doctor in General Adult Psychiatry to work in our Rehabilitation Service. This is an exciting time to join the team in the newly refurbished (14 male, 14 female bedded) unit in Wesham. The post is substantive and full time (10 PAs).
The postholder will be required to provide medical input to the patients including psychiatric and physical health reviews. Additionally, the postholder will work within the multidisciplinary team, including attendance at weekly multidisciplinary review meetings.
To be eligible to apply for this post, you must possess at least 3 years’ experience in psychiatry and be fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practice.Ideally, you will be Section 12 Approved, or eligible for approval at the time of commencing employment.
