Summary
Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Due to expansion we are looking for two Recruitment Consultants to join our team.
Salary - £ Neg plus Bonus
This is an exciting opportunity to work in our bright and modern offices based in Hertford. Working for a market leader in our field, servicing an impressive list of major corporations. Our portfolio of services is wide-ranging. We select and market skilled personnel, undertake fixed price project work, provide specialist fuel tank leak detection and repair to Aircraft organisations and provide training to companies in the aviation, rail, defence, and associated general engineering industries.
Key Duties:
· Liaise with senior consultants on all issues, ensure problems or potential problems are highlighted.
· Plan and manage work to achieve resourcing of the labour requirements in a timely and efficient way according to the required processes and procedures and client requirements for designated accounts.
· Prior to commencement of work, ensure all Operatives are in possession of all mandatory competencies, equipment and required publications.
· Liaise and support clients as required, customer service calls, up sell and sales calls weekly.
· Liaise with the Recruitment Director to ensure the team is resourced at all times as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
· 1-2 years experience in a recruitment environment
· Experience in a customer service or sales environment.
· Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
· MS Excel skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, independently and within a team.
· Superior communication skills
