L&Q Living currently have a fixed-term opportunity for a Supervisor within our Trustcall Alert and Response team.



The Trustcall service aims to give customers and their families peace of mind through the knowledge there is always help available at the press of a button. The team provides alarm call handling, telecare equipment, CCTV and out-of-hours repairs call handling.



The role of the Supervisor is to guide and direct the day-to-day activities of the Trustcall team, providing support and coaching to team members and supporting management to ensure that all customers receive a safe and effective service from the team.



To be successful in the role you will have:

Experience in a telecare monitoring environment with knowledge of the requirements of the Telecare Services Authority Quality Assurance Framework
Ability to support staff to improve service delivery in a customer-focused monitoring center
Experience of coaching and providing feedback
Experience of managing rotas
Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
Full driving license


As a requirement of the role you will cover the on-call rota. You will be working night shifts (9 hours per shift, 4 days per week) on a rota basis Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays).
