Summary
Bathtime North West Ltd in Morecambe are recruiting for a Business Sales Administrator Apprentice. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration qualification which will take approximately 18 months to complete.
Duties:
• Working on SAGE system
• Inputting data
• Speaking to customers via email, telephone and mainly face to face
• Processing orders
• • Product knowledge
• Raising invoices
• Advice and guidance on products and prices
• Co-ordinate deliveries
• Diary management
• Eventually helping customers design bathrooms using advanced systems
• Other general admin duties
Requirements:
• Have a passion or interest for interior design
• Friendly and approachable
• Bubbly and outgoing
• Confident speaking to demanding customers and tradesman
• Public transport is available close to the office
• Teamworking
• Good maths and English skills
• Computer literate
Grades:
There are no educational requirements required.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, Saturday working day 09:00-14:00. Once day in the week off (to be discussed with employer). Minimum 30 hours per week, Maximum 40 hours per week. 1 hour unpaid lunch
