Are you the right person for the job?
• NVQ3 in Engineering Maintenance (Lift Servicing) or equivalent
• Proven experience with various lift types and controllers
• Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills
• The ability to maintain a professional demeanour
• Participation in the night call rota with standby fees and overtime pay
• Full, clean UK driving licence
What will your role look like?
• Conduct routine service visits (approximately 3 per day), callouts, and minor repairs
• Complete job sheets promptly, with urgent issues communicated as needed
• Maintain company vehicles and uniforms in excellent condition
• Uphold the company's high service standards and promote a positive image
