A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPER AT THAMES RIVIERA HOTEL, MAIDENHEAD
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Cleaning a room, to the highest possible standards, ensuring that everything is sparkling and ready for the guest.
- Working to ensure the back of house areas are clean and tidy.
- Ensuring the public areas & Car Parks are clean and safe.
- Carry and tidy Linen From the Rooms to Storage
You'll be called upon to complete a wide variety of tasks and jobs within our hotel and it's extremely important that you remain flexible and versatile around these. Although this isn't a guest facing role, you will still play a vital part in delivering a fantastic guest experience and it's important to remain friendly approachable and the best version of you whenever you come into contact with one of our guests.

To succeed in the role of Housekeeper, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Experience of working within a housekeeping department in a medium size hotel.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Experience withing a customer facing role.
- A can-do attitude
