Novus Altair Ltd. is a leading provider of security solutions, catering to a wide range of clients including corporate buildings, retail spaces, and industrial sites. We are currently seeking a vigilant, highly responsive, and dedicated Mobile Security Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties through timely and effective response to alarms and security incidents and regular patrols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols and security checks of assigned premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms and dispatched calls, assessing and managing security situations effectively.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Generate and submit detailed incident reports.
• Provide first aid and emergency assistance as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of readiness and professionalism.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in security or law enforcement is a plus.
• Valid security officer license and clean driving record.
• Applicant must have own vechicle.
• Proven experience as a security officer or in a similar role; mobile response experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate under pressure and in crisis situations.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a flexible & rotating schedule.
What We Offer:
£11.50-13.50 per call out (depending on the previous experience)
