We're looking for an Administrator at Richmond Nantwich, to support our Village Manager by maintaining the administration and financial activities of the Village.

Working hours and salary

£11.60ph

0900 1400 / 1000 1700 / weekend work occasionally



What your typical day involves

  • Processing income and expenditure including banking, purchase order invoicing, petty cash management, payroll and basic credit control
  • Collating, reporting and monitoring data especially resident occupancy, aged debt and staffing, highlighting anomalies and submitting data to the Support Offices on behalf of the Village Manager
  • Maintaining a well-ordered filing system, stationary replenishment and personnel file management
Who we're looking for



You've worked as an Administrator before in an accounting environment with credit control experience. Friendly and professional, both face to face and over the phone, you're organised and have the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families and internal teams. With a dedicated and efficient work ethic, you thrive in a busy environment and are able to handle a varied workload.
