Here at Lilleshall our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team
- and right now we are looking to recruit for a Receptionist / House Host to join the centre. Lilleshall is one of Sport England`s National Sports Centres and is home to a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport. Lilleshall provides excellent facilities to Britain’s leading sports men and women. We are also a Conferencing and Event Centre, boasting a large number of recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days. As the Receptionist / House host you will be the first point of contact for our customers and you will check in guests at the reception desk, host and serve the dining room service for up to 29 rooms during the evening service from a prechosen menu. Your role is to provide concise customer information and service with regards to the facility and its offerings. The role will involve a high level of customer interaction, which will be face to face, emails and dealing with queries over the telephone. In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff. You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities. About you We are looking to hear from candidates who have ideally worked in the Leisure industry or as a receptionist in another organisation. You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, the ability to handle cash and maintain customer records, as well as a good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems.
