Summary
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a trauma informed approach in all their interactions with colleagues and clients. You will also be able to demonstrate: Masters degree or equivalent experience/qualification or significant formal training or research in a relevant field Supervision or management experience and skills Skills and experience in project management, proposal development and proven organisational skills Ability to communicate sensitive information to service users , carers and colleagues High-level communication skills (written and verbal) and good computer skills (in excel and word specifically) This is fixed term contract up to 31 March 2025 post offers an excellent opportunity toextend skills and experience in a newly developed role in mental health service provision.
