Summary

Part-time Teaching Assistant in KS2
including Midday Supervisor role Start Date: September 2024 TA: 17.5 hours per week / 38 weeks per annum (term-time)
Actual salary (Starting NJC Point 4): £10,851 per annum (FTE: £26,634)
MDS: 5 hours per week / 38 weeks per annum (term-time)
Actual salary (NJC Point 2): £3,009 per annum (FTE: £25,854)We have brilliant opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our caring and committed team of Teaching Assistants at All Saints, Carshalton. We require Teaching Assistants to work 17.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:30-12:00pm, followed by midday supervisor duties 12:15-1:15pm, term time only. You will need to be flexible and have excellent inter-personal and communication skills. You will need to demonstrate competence in supporting students within a learning environment to encourage them to achieve and make good progress. We are a friendly, popular and over-subscribed school graded ‘Good’ at our last Ofsted Inspection in October 2019 and ‘Excellent’ in our last SIAMs Inspection in September 2019. We joined the Southwark Diocese Board of Education Multi Academy Trust in September 2017 and work closely in a strong team.
