Summary

We are a popular and successful mixed 11-18 rural comprehensive school with c. 1150 NOR, situated ten miles north-west of Gloucester city, within three miles of the Herefordshire border. The successful candidate will provide organisational and administrative support to maintain efficient systems within the school. This is a varied role within the Administration Team of the school, where the successful candidate will be required to liaise with staff and students, therefore, the ability to communicate to all levels is essential. The ideal applicant will have good all-round administrative skills gained through professional training and / or experience, the ability to prioritise their workload, meet deadlines and have the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues. Please take time to read the full job description, however, tasks will include among others:• To provide organisational and administrative support to assist with the efficient running of the School’s Pastoral support services, specifically in relation to My Plan / My Plan + meetings • To provide organisational and administrative support to the Medical and Student Welfare Officer maintain efficient systems within the school, specifically medical records • Prepare and run pastoral reports from SIMS as requested • PEPs • To provide administrative support for SEND as requested General Assistant The working week will be 25 hours spread equally over the School week, term time only plus 5 days.
