We are looking to appoint a pro-active, enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work as part of a job share with an Early Years teacher in an 80 place Nursery Unit (40 am / 40 pm). The role will require the successful candidate to plan and deliver high quality nursery provision. The ability to contribute to the nurturing, community focussed ethos of the school is essential. The successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. They must be able to show initiative, adaptability and the ability to meet the needs of all learners including those with ALN as well as the MAT and have an excellent understanding of early childhood development.
