Accounts Administrator | Corby | Hybrid Working | Full Time - 8.30am – 5pm | £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience)
Our client is a leading international company offering their customers innovative and complete solutions for abnormal transport.
They are looking for a dedicated and organised Accounts Administrator, like you, to join their friendly, professional team to help manage the day-to-day accounts procedures along with general administration responsibilities.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of the company. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure the smooth running of our client’s operations.

• Proven experience in an accounts and administration role is essential
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A high level of IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of payroll processing and HR functions
• A proactive and flexible approach to work

What will your role look like?
• Manage all functions of the Payroll system i.e. including wages, pensions, holidays
• Process and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and manage expenses
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
• Manage all supplier and client account queries and payments
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Support the annual audit, budgets and forecasts
• Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
• Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
• Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is organised and efficient
• Providing outstanding customer service to our clients and others at all times
