We are delighted to be working with an industry leader in the recycling and sustainability industry and are pleased to present an opportunity for an Administrator & Coordinator to join their team in Hartlepool.

The role

  • Full-Time, Permanent Contract
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
  • £11.47 per hour

You will be responsible for providing assistance in the administration of all plant activities, and oversee the coordination of weighbridge activities where required.

Key accountabilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the site management team
  • Recording materials in and out of site
  • Data entry and systems management
  • Dealing with incoming telephone and email queries
  • Liaison with customers, visitors, contractors, and drivers who attend site
  • Support with HSE compliance across site - purchasing of PPE etc

Skills & experience

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills - predominantly with MS Office
