Summary
CLINICAL, DIAGNOSTIC & PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES To provide a laser service to appropriate NHS patients. To provide a micropigmentation service to appropriate NHS patients. To undertake clinical risk assessments and adjust clinical practice accordingly. To adhere to infection control policies & procedures particularly with regard to needle disposal and hand hygiene. To be aware of and be empathetic with psychosocial patient conditions. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES To organise & undertake the appropriate treatment to alleviate problems caused by the disfigurement. To organise further treatment and refer on as applicable for repeat treatments , medical review. To develop implement and review treatment protocols and clinical effectiveness in order to introduce best practice and evidence based interventions. Effective management of stock and financial resources. Responsible for collecting and maintaining data relating to service.
