Summary
TeacherActive are currently seeking a remarkable person to become a part of our team as a maternity cover, beginning in September. This position, which is located at a hospital school in Chelmsford, is ideal for both seasoned and novice teachers.
We are currently working with a hospital school and are looking for a maternity cover teacher. Starting in September, this position will be filled by a Cover Teacher who will serve in the Children's Mental Health Ward. This is your chance to significantly improve children's lives and their families at a crucial juncture.

Your ability to connect with children and their families, as well as your outstanding verbal and writing communication skills, are essential for this position. Managing an array of projects and making sure they are completed on time and to a high standard will be one of your other responsibilities.
In addition to contributing new ideas and energy to both ongoing and new projects, this job will be able to collaborate closely with a brilliant team.
Requirements and expectations for this role:
• You will need a Qualified Teaching Status. (QTS)
• Experience of working within a school environment
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to our company's workflows and culture.
• Having an interest in child development
• A compassionate approach to student care.
