Part of the Stonewater Group, Mount Green Housing Association meets people’s housing needs across Surrey and North Sussex through the delivery of a local service to its residents.

The Property Services team maintain, fix, and improve our residents’ homes and estates, ensuring they are safe and are high quality.

We’re now looking for two Property Surveyors to be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of responsive repairs, voids, compliance, planned and cyclical programmes in accordance with contractual specification, quality, and customer satisfaction requirements.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold appropriate surveying qualifications.
Have demonstrable experience of a similar role, working within a social housing organisation.
Have a demonstrable understanding of building pathology.
Be able to demonstrate good working knowledge and delivery of building safety and landlord statutory compliance obligations.
Understand and have experience using contract documents (JCT/NEC/TPC).
Have experience of carrying out site inspection and audits to monitor change and ensure the quality of delivery.
Have knowledge and the ability to write detailed technical reports.
Have a good understanding of Decent Homes requirements.
Membership of RICS or CIOB (desirable).
Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes.
