Summary
ere at Swim @ School, we are innovating how teaching swimming lessons as part of the national curriculum within primary schools is delivered. As a swimming teacher with us, you will be part of an exciting new programme where we deliver lessons on-site on the school grounds.
The programme is due to start in September 2024 and it will be rolled out in primary schools all over Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, and West Yorkshire.
As a swimming teacher, you will begin an initial trial basis full-time contract Monday to Friday for 2 months, September to November. For those who pass the 2-month probation, a full-time contract will be available.
You will be expected to work school hours, 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday. A typical swimming programme with us will be at a school for 2 weeks minimum, however, this can differ based on the school's booking with us.
We do offer the opportunity for anyone who would like to acquire their Level 2 in Swimming Teaching qualification.
