Mobile Role - East Midlands & London
£35,000 per annum

Due to significant growth we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Productivity Data Capture Analyst, supporting the wider Compass Group UK&I to recognise opportunities and create insights so that our organisation can make better decisions and deliver a sustained, positive contribution to customers, colleagues, and society. This role focuses on capturing high-quality work study data and identifying productivity opportunities to build an accurate and precise labour model.
As Productivity Data Capture Analyst you will participate in work study activities including:
- Conducting data collection studies at various sites across the East Midlands and London ensuring high-quality data capture.
- Assisting in designing and creating studies for data collection processes, particularly to measure timing at different units.
- Data Analysis and Coordination:
- Analysing and formatting work study data to identify productivity opportunities and business priorities.
- Coordinating and centralising data from studies, ensuring it is well-organised and accessible.
- Working collaboratively with both the client team and Compass associates to deliver projects on time and in line with the defined scope.
- Providing feedback and data to the central team, including Labour Model Managers and Productivity Manager.
- A Full UK driving licence
- An understanding of what data is required to generate insights.
- Aptitude to capture and interpret data for optimisation.
- Logical thinker with good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of independent working
- Willing to travel, work evenings and weekends as necessary and spend time away from home.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable
- Workforce Management knowledge would be advantageous
