Summary
Contractor Helpdesk
£22,500 - £24,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid –Newcastle under Lyme (ST5) - 2 days from home
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
We are currently looking for people with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join a Nationwide company with excellent benefits and to kick start an amazing career opportunity.
We are looking for people with property management or contractor management experience.
What will you be doing?
- Working together with the onsite contractors to provide admin assistance to ensure smooth running of high value and complex cases.
- Regular calls to customers to update them on the overall progress of their claim.
- Calls to Suppliers to chase progression on the claims.
- Producing invoices when required.
- Chasing documentation to conclude settlement on claims where needed.
What are we looking for?
- Core GCSE’s or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and organisation skills essential.
- Previous experience in the insurance or claims industry (preferably property) highly desirable but not essential
