Your new company
You will be joining a well established design agency located in Coventry that focusses on delivering outstanding projects across a range of sectors that aim to be an instilled part of any community.
Your new role
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts and solutions that align with client objectives and aspirations.
- Be able to think about creative solutions in a holistic way, not just focusing on how they look, and be good at explaining your ideas to the rest of the team.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Sharing your knowledge and skills by mentoring less experienced team members.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5+ years, within a design practice working on commercial projects, ideally within the leisure industry.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail.
- Confident presenting skills.
- Demonstratable CAD skills and experience.
- Ability to work to client feedback and deliver projects to deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and improve.
- An ability to work independently and manage your own time.
- A team player, willing to raise your hand to support others and problem solve.
- Professional and respectful attitude to work at all times.
- Driving licence essential.
