Summary

Full time Support Worker - 37.5 hours per week

Must hold a Full UK Driver (Manual) Licence to be considered for this role.

We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Worthing. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.

You will be supporting 3 middle aged gentlemen who are very independent who have keen interests in music, sorts and theatre. They have learning disabilities and autism and epilepsy. If you have a caring, kind and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you.

Mixed Shift Pattern: lates/days and sleep ins

The role will involve:

- Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose

- Prompting with personal care

- Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry

- Supporting with medication

- Supporting and encouraging people to find opportunities in education, employment and leisure, and enable them to take part in these opportunities
