About Us:

We're a dynamic team dedicated to providing support for three remarkable individuals: two ladies and a gentleman who will be joining us soon. The people we support, aged between 50 and 60, each have autism, learning disabilities, and sensory impairments. However, within our home, you'll find an atmosphere brimming with happiness, laughter, and engaging activities!

- The people we support love holidays, both in the UK and abroad. You'll get to accompany them on these trips, helping them count down the days and ensuring they have a fabulous time.

Your Role:

- Assist with personal care needs, including shaving and daily hygiene routines.

- Plan and participate in various fun and engaging activities.

- Accompany people on holidays and family visits.

- Work closely with a dedicated team, ensuring people receive the best support possible.

- Implement individualised support plans and promote independence and choice.

- Build positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals involved in their support.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals we support at all times.

Shifts:

- Day Shifts: 8am - 5:30pm / 8am - 8pm / 10am - 10pm / 10am - 6pm

- Sleep-Ins: 10pm - 8am (minimum of one per week for full-time contracts)

Requirements:

- Driving License: Essential (must be comfortable driving an automatic vehicle).

- Passion for Support: A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts and travel on holidays with people.
