Required from September 2024Spring Grove Primary School is looking for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and hard-working Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and friendly team. The successful candidate will challenge and inspire our children and be able to work collaboratively as part of a strong and committed team. A sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the value of learning through play is essential. The Successful candidate will be: • A qualified or experienced TA/Early Years Practitioner who can demonstrate their understanding of child development through their practice
• An excellent communicator who interacts well with children and adults alike
• An inspirational, creative and motivated person who has a passion for learning, in particular learning through play
• Committed to excellence, inclusion and high expectations
• Passionate about enabling every child to fulfil his/her potential
• An effective organiser with good interpersonal skills
