Summary
Key Responsibilities & Tasks: Assist and direct patients to ensure they access the appropriate service or healthcare professional Book appointments face-to-face and over the telephone in our call hub Contact patients to pro-actively book appointments and check attending an appointment Take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail Recording patient information via the IT systems Provide patients with information regarding test results and other investigations Deal with all general enquiries, explain procedures Ensure that all new patients are registered promptly and accurately Provide general assistance to the Practice team and other visitors via the telephone Administration tasks Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by The Management Team.
