Summary
To work closely with the Academy Management team to co-ordinate planning and delivery and manage key project communications. To work in close liaison with the Directorate Senior Leaders and Trust PMO team, SROs and others to ensure full alignment in delivery of all aspects of the Academy functions. To develop working relationships with colleagues within the Trust and other organisations that are productive in terms of supporting and sharing best practice. Be influential, visible, and credible across the workstream at programme and strategic level. To contribute to high-quality reports for Board, Trust Executive Group and other related Programme and Project Boards and Oversight Forums. Support the production of accurate and well-structured project documentation (incl. Project Brief, Project Initiation Document, Project Plans, End Stage Reports etc.), in line with Trust guidelines. Manage systems and processes for monitoring, reviewing and escalating concerns with projects and action to support the targeting of improvements. Contribute as an active member of the Senior Management Team to ensure successful collaborative working as required.
