Summary
Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a quantity surveyor to join 2 projects based in Dagenham. This client is a privately owned company, looking for 2 quantity surveyors that want to develop their career. With a turnover of £1billion, they have great work stability and progression.
The first project is a residential project of 935 units based in Dagenham, so residential background is a must! Secondly, they are building an energy centre, this will include the drainage, roads, infrastructure and will be a total of 3500 units.
Responsibilities for QS
- Reporting into seniors
- Usual QS responsibilities
- A positive and determined attitude
Requirements for QS
- 5 days on site
- Someone who has stepped up from assistant in the last year or someone who is 1 or 2 years from senior level
- Wants to progress
- Residential background
- Worked on re-measure jobs is a bonus!
