We are the North West’s leading Porsche Partner Network (PPN) accredited Service specialist. We offer Porsche owners all aspects of service, repair, and general maintenance work alongside upgrades, track preparation and restorative works. We pride ourselves on the level of customer care we offer our clients, and we are now looking to expand our existing close-knit team with an Executive Assistant.
This is a mixed role and is suitable for someone who is looking to be a part of a passionate team, with extensive experience within a professional environment and able to reflect the pride we take in looking after our clients. The role is office based as the successful applicant will be working closely and liaising with customers and the workshop team. Main Areas of Focus
• Work closely with our valued clients acting as a concierge, guiding them through quotes and timescales for the important work to be completed.
• Ensure best in class service by following up on enquiries made by potential clients.
• Provide assistance to the Director; phone calls, emails, diary management.
• General administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to organise bookings and diary management and any parts required.
• Advise and update customers on work carried out, and any suggested work to be completed in the future to keep their valuable car in superb condition.
• Opportunity for some events management for open days and attending company events which will attract extra remuneration or time in lieu.
• Continue to nurture relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Over time, take on some light general HR duties for example updating staff files.

Personal Attributes
• Proven track record within a professional office environment.
• Desire to work in a team offering ability to make a real difference.
• An interest in exciting cars, and working with their owners to get to the best possible outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Computer literate.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Experience of working in the Automotive Industry desirable but not essential.
• Qualifications in Business Administration desirable but not essential for the right person.
