Summary
Due to an expanding portfolio, an exciting opportunity has arisen within the Partnerships Administration team at Canterbury Christ Church University.
We are looking for ambitious candidates with a “can do” attitude. The post holders must be flexible and happy to learn new processes as we continuously work to improve our student and staff experience, achieving this through effective and colligate administration. Applications from administrators with prior professional experience is desirable but not essential.
The Role
The Partnerships Administrator is an exciting role with a clear career progression route for aspiring and motivated individuals. The role holder will be responsible for delivering a range of academic administration activities and processes which are key to the maintenance of the records for all our students. The role will also provide additional support to other registry and professional services activities as required.
The Partnerships Administrator is expected to work collaboratively across the University, to develop a joined-up approach to the delivery of academic administration and to support the business needs at key periods during the academic year.
The Person
The post holder will need to be educated to a minimum of GCSE and must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office. Prior experience of administrative support in a professional setting is desirable.
The successful candidate will have:
Organised and methodical approach to work
Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Highly organised and able to work flexibly under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
How will you work?
We are committed to supporting flexible methods of working wherever possible and this role is hybrid. Campus attendance will vary on a day-to-day basis and across the year but must purposefully align to the needs of our students, staff, and stakeholders. It is expected that there will be a relatively even balance between time spent on and off campus; but in most cases the work location will be determined by the service required or the tasks/activities being undertaken.
