Summary
We currently require an experienced Joiner to deliver various Joinery works across our Planned Repairs, Routine & Major & Minor work void Projects for social housing projects, kitchen & bathroom schemes
We require individuals who are confident in carrying out the following aspects of joiner works to a high standard with a keen eye for detail: -
Removal & Renewal of Kitchens
Internal Second fix joinery
Internal first fix joinery
Joinery repairs - including but not limited to floor boarding, door ease/renew, PVC repairs to windows and doors, kitchen unit repairs,
The below elements would also be advantageous but not essential for the role: -
Be willing to assist with helping other trades as and when required.
Ideally you will have the following;
NVQ2 essential or equivalent
CSCS Blue essential (skilled worker card)
Previous H&S training such as asbestos awareness, face fit, manual handling & working at heights etc
Driving License essential
