Summary
Electrician - Solar PV installations
Construction - Commercial and housing developments
A great opportunity to start an ongoing temp to permanent role as an electrician/electrical solar PV installer. Contracts are around Cornwall and Plymouth and vary between housing and commercial projects. The client is picking up enough work to expand their team in the ever increasing green energy market.
Day to day:
• Travelling (Cornwall areas)
• Problem finding and problem solving
• Running wires
• Installing units
• Testing and inspecting systems
• Connecting systems
• Keeping a clean working environment
• Following health and safety
• Training will be provided, experience is not essential for this role.
Requirements:
• 18th edition
• 2391 test and inspect
• ECS card
• UK Driving licence
• Level 2 or 3
• Previous experience in solar PV installations is not essential
