Here at TeacherActive, I am working alongside a great secondary school located in North West London who are in search of a Premises Manager. This role requires a dedicated and reliable individual who will be responsible for the safety, security and hygiene of the setting.
This premises manager will need the following:
-Relevant Qualifications.
-Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
-Training in Health and Safety.
-Knowledge of maintenance including plumbing, electrical/building, heating and ventilation.
-Experienced dealing with external contractors
-Experience understanding and managing budgets for maintenance issues.
-Great communication skills.
-Enthusiasm and commitment to the schools ethos and vision.
