Summary

Diamante Home is a family run established business based in Bedford supplying goods to the UK market. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service team member who can assist us with printing/packing our online orders as well as offer online customer support via email and telephone. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, and most importantly we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with every order. Attention to detail is key!

Working as part of a small team, you will need to be flexible within your job role and be willing to help out where needed. You will be required to carry out administration tasks to assist the eCommerce Manager when needed therefore computer and administrational experience is essential. You will be asked to carry out manual tasks as well, including packing of orders. You will also be required to handle fragile glass items.
Role Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, telephone and messages on various selling platforms.
Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and general inquiries or issues.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Process returns and refunds
Order Packing and Fulfillment:

Accurately print, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in a timely manner.
Ensure orders are packed securely to prevent damage during delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
Collaborate with the carriers to ensure on-time order dispatch.
Unloading, loading and processing of incoming/outgoing deliveries and associated paperwork.
Assisting with warehouse inventory management tasks.
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
Reporting of any damaged or missing good
Safe use of warehouse equipment (i.e. Ladders, Pallet Truck, Forklift).
General Responsibilities:

Assist with stock management and reporting low stock levels.
Assisting with warehouse inventory management tasks.
Collaborate with other team members to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings and collaborative tasks.
Assist with tasks as assigned by Manager.

Previous experience with any of the following eCommerce platforms:-
Amazon Shipping, Etsy, Royal Mail (Click & Drop), Wayfair, Wordpress.
