Summary
We seek a confident, motivated, and experienced dog groomer to join our well-established Manchester City Centre Grooming Salon. They must be able to groom to a high standard and have in-depth knowledge of dog breeds and the appropriate grooming requirements.
This position will be ideal for someone who would like to own their own business and manage their diary on a self-employed basis (60/40% split).
Training and qualifications - Must have at least 2 years of Dog Grooming experience or have a recognised UK qualification (City & Guilds, OCN or ICMG).
Flexible (Exact working hours and days can be negotiated to suit both). We also have a part-time position available.
The role will include you working in all aspects of the salon, completing grooms from start to finish (approx 4-5 grooms per day min), being confident handling ALL breeds, keeping the salon clean and tidy, and as this is a customer facing role we require you to be comfortable speaking to customers and taking bookings via our social platforms and through an online cloud system.
