Summary
By the end of the apprenticeship you’ll be able to:
Stock and Order Management
Check and locate stock against delivery notes
Order specialist parts promptly and economically
Complete and return paperwork for returns swiftly
Maintain and record stock levels accurately
Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies
Label, record, package, and store parts correctlyTechnician and Customer Support:
Serve Technicians and customers quickly and politely
Ensure accurate recording and booking of parts
Handle parts enquiries and orders as the first point of contact
Build relationships with local authorities to grow parts marginDelivery and Collection:
Deliver parts to Field Service Engineers
Collect warranty parts for return to head office
Collect and deliver customer vehicles

Duration 15 months
