Summary

Sales Administrator
Wolverhampton
£23,000 Per Annum
Permanent Office Based
08.30 – 17.30 Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
• Enter orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Provide support to the sales team by maintaining effective communication with a large customer base.
• Create job structures based on processed orders, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Collaborate with local suppliers to place purchase orders, following the instructions provided.
• Scan and file orders according to the system's organisational structure.
• Take on any additional administrative duties as required.
• Embrace a self-motivated mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for personal growth and development.
Requirements:
• Exceptional attention to detail, recognising the importance of accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with colleagues and customers.
• Proficiency in computer skills
