As recruitment partner you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across the organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice and support throughout the recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our talent acquisition strategy and contribute to the growth and success of St Austell Brewery.

This is a field based role and will require travel across Cornwall, Devon, Bristol and Bath.

About you

  • Experience of working as a recruitment consultant, talent specialist or a similar role
  • Able to collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Able to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Experience of source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS and HRIS systems.
  • A good understanding of processes and recruitment best practice.
  • Experience of conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure the best fit for the company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to lead and influence to achieve results.
  • Strong administrative skills, the ability to manage a varied workload and use a variety of systems and processes.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
