Summary

JOB TITLE: Financial Crime Analyst

SALARY: £31,151 - £32,790 Non-Negotiable

LOCATIONS: Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our Hub sites. Shift patterns will be Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and no weekends.

What you'll need

We appreciate not everyone can be an expert in Financial Crime, we will offer a comprehensive 4 weeks Training Programme to aide your personal development.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for evolving how we use data to lead our analysis and decision making to manage risk and prevent harms to customers and the bank.

Specifically, we're looking for:

  • Someone with professional work experience or educational qualification alongside a proven understanding of Economic Crime risks, systems, and processes.
  • Ability to gather, monitor and assess data informing risk outcomes.
  • Good communicator who can explain complex problems and analysis.
  • Able to recommend and make improvements to support others.
  • Great quality in products and outcomes delivered.
