Summary
This newly created post will focus on optimising medicines and improving outcomes for patients with chronic kidney disease and cardiometabolic disorders across South East London. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring leader to take on service development project, work collaboratively across the MDT, oversee the development of appropriate pharmacy governance pathways for this speciality and undertake and support research in this clinical area. All of these opportunities will cumulate in allowing us to provide the best possible care to the patients who use our service. The role will be responsible for the line management of a small team and have the benefit of being mentored and supported by the Consultant Pharmacist - Diabetes and Principal Transplant, Renal and Urology Pharmacist
