Summary
1. Support the delivery and implementation of the Trust Quality and Risk Management strategies within the Division. 2. Provide support and monitoring for the risk registers and prompt timely validation of progress 3. Facilitate the delivery of the Trust Quality Governance Framework within division. Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and development of quality governance structures and processes within and across thedivision 4. To design, implement and maintain quality governance dashboards, data collection tools, reporting and escalation mechanisms 5. Provide the Division with information in an appropriate format and timely manner, in order to support delivery on the key components of Quality Governance. Assemble and analyse quantitative and qualitative information in ways that assist staff in reflecting and improving on service delivery and practice. Information will often be complex and sensitive in nature 6. Provide advice and support to authors of Policies, Guidelines, Competencies, and Standard Operating Procedures. In accordance with the Trust guidelines ensure policies are processed through the Trusts review processes in a timely way, attending Policy Review Group where necessary to support approval process 7. To have oversight of all on-going SI and internal investigations within the Division ensuring that these are completed within agreed timescales and in accordance with Trust policy. Ensure that all associated improvement and action plans are monitored and updated, and that learning is disseminated across the Division. Plans may be complex in nature and will require review and amendments to achieve desiredoutcomes.
