Summary


We are seeking to recruit a Project Officer to join the Estates Strategy Team at ESNEFT.

Are you excited at the possibility to be included in the strategic development of Trust’s estate, including management of space for non-clinical services and Healthcare Planning?

You should have a keen interest in strategic estate development and understanding how space is allocated to services to best meet the needs of our patients and services.

If so, we would love to have you aboard as part of fast growing and developing team.
• Lead the management of non-clinical space utilisation across ESNEFT, identifying how space is occupied at both acute hospital sites and manage all requests for space with delegated authority to action straightforward changes and make recommendations for strategic and wide ranging changes
• Provide support to our Healthcare Planner in planning developments that follow the Estates Strategy and clinical strategies, ensuring that schemes from conception to the point of design comply and meet clinical functionality needs
• Work with clients and other services to review requests for space and the production of option appraisals and feasibility studies for planning of refurbishment and new developments
• Assist with the space utilisation programme regularly informing the Asset Manager and Compliance Team and CAD technician of any changes resulting from moves
