Summary
Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (FM)
Location: Salisbury Salary: £38,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays Overtime: Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably within facilities management.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2382, 2391, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
