Summary
A mother's love knows no bounds.
This is a community learning disability and mental health step down Service
Manager job with a negotiable package in the region of £35k.
And now they're looking for a Service Manager who is interested in making this position their own and overseeing 9x Supported Living Schemes.
This also comes at a time in which they're about to grow, and its intended the successful person will also grow with them. A mothers love, inspired the creation of this business 30 years ago and now they're:
- A specialist care business with multiple properties in the Blackpool, Lancashire area that
- Employs 70+ highly trained professionals responsible for supporting
- In excess of 50 people, each with their own, often complex, sometimes tragic backgrounds, all equally deserving of support to live as independently as possible despite their mental health and/or learning disability needs
The love that inspired this team originally, has been the foundation of it's success. Caring for people e.g. sectioned under the mental health act, or with forensic and/or complex mental health needs and/or a learning disability is not everyone's cup of tea. But with an open mind and conviction, a mother's love has created the go-to provider for this type of care in the area.
