Summary

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic caring individuals with experience working with people with learning disability, autism and mental health.

You should be able to demonstrate a general understanding of mental health issues with a positive non-judgemental approach towards individuals in crisis with mental health support needs. You will also need excellent engagement, de-escalation and communication skills.

You will be supporting a wide range of clients, some of the clients have learning disability, autism and mental health living in their own homes to enable them to live a full, ordinary and meaningful life.

We are interested in hearing from people who are:

· Caring and willing to assist service users

· Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

· Able to meet the demands involved in providing caring support to people in their own homes

· Willing to travel and work within Coventry, Warwickshire and Rugby

· A FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

An enhanced disclosure and barring (DBS) for both children and adults is required

Full training is provided to all employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: £11.00 -£11.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
