PARTICIPATION MANAGER, COMMUNITY SERVICES, CENTRAL RESOURCES, NOTTINGHAM, FRWK16 £34,315 - £36,094 FTE, PERMANENT, 37HPW
At Framework, we recognise the invaluable contributions of our service users in shaping and improving our organisation. We are looking for someone who is passionate about ensuring service user voices and experiences are heard, who (working closely with the Director of Homelessness Services) can drive delivery of our Service User Participation Strategy and enable service users to meaningfully influence decision making.
You will have excellent, versatile communication skills, able to interact effectively with a very wide range of individuals and groups, influencing and inspiring people across the organisation. As someone who can plan and organize their own work, with a positive attitude to problem solving, you will enjoy co-ordinating participation activities and playing an active role in articulating, recording, and reporting service users’ experiences and opinions.
It's an exciting opportunity, where you can make a real difference: liaising with service users, senior leaders, and Board members to convene and facilitate the Service User Advisory Group and Service User Forums; providing training for service users, staff and managers on participation and co-production; and relaunching and leading a network of Involvement Champions.
If you would like to discuss the role further, please contact Steve Watson, Director of Homelessness Services on 07929 720274
What we offer: Life Assurance, Pension (up to 4% matched by FHA), Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Benefits, Additional Annual Leave Purchase Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, learning programmes tailored to suit different roles and services, Health Cash Plan.
