Summary
Within our Project Delivery Team, we are looking for an experienced Coordinator to help us with our delivery of project objectives & deliverables on a 12-months fixed term contract. At Guinness, we understand that our people are key to achieving our objectives and this new opportunity for a Coordinator is an important hire for the team.
We are looking for an Administrator/ Coordinator who can work alongside our Project Managers to deliver a comprehensive administrative service. This role would also suit people who work as PA's or who've worked in a Governance role as well as Coordinators & Administrators.
You must be proficient in using Excel & PowerPoint. You will have strong diary management skills & taking minutes in meetings. You will have excellent organisational skills & a good eye for detail. You will need to deal with project related enquiries quickly & effectively.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Good organisational skills.
- Good oral and written communications.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office /Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience of co-ordination within an office environment.
- Experience of diary management.
- Experience of recording minutes and actions/risks/issues.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Desirable:
- Business, governance or project support experience (for e.g. PA/Governance Assistant)
- Understanding of the principles of project management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Understanding of Prince 2 or other project methodologies
Qualifications
Essential
* Educated to Level 2 (GCSE C+ or equivalent) or higher.
