While previous healthcare experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, childcare, sales, and education, valuing your enthusiasm to learn and engage as a domiciliary care assistant.

Requirements:

This role covers Southampton SO14-SO19, and also Totton, Lyndhurst, Ashurst and Marchwood areas.
Applicants must hold a UK driving licence and have regular access to a car.
Shift patterns include 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm. Flexibility to work 1-2 evenings per week and alternate weekends ensures balanced schedules for all team members.
Applicants must be UK-based at the time of application and have the right to work through British citizenship, dependant visa, ancestry visa, spousal visa, settled, or pre-settled status. SPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE.
About the Role:

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll travel across the community & deliver personalised care to our customers in their homes, enabling them to continue living as independently as possible at home. Each customer receives bespoke care plans tailored to their needs, ensuring every visit is meaningful and individual.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and continence care with dignity and respect.
Meal preparation.
Assisting with moving and handling, including equipment use for less mobile customers.
Medication administration.
Light housekeeping duties.
