About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and values-driven person to join our friendly and supportive team as a full-time Band 3 Locality Manager (CQC Registered Manager). As a Locality Manager, you will:

Lead by Example: Be a positive role model for your Assistant Locality Manager and support teams.
Inspire and Motivate: Encourage colleagues to support individuals to be their best, delivering highly personalized support and promoting community engagement.
Ensure Safe Practice: Oversee high-quality support that meets all organizational and statutory requirements, complying with CQC and Dimensions Guidelines.
Manage Resources: Handle budgets and deliver on partnership commitments within the local community.
Drive Growth: Actively participate in the development of supported living homes in your area, making a positive impact on the lives of those you support.

This full-time position involves remote working with regular travel to homes in Warrington. You'll work Monday to Friday (office hours) with flexibility to provide guidance outside these hours when needed, and when you're on call. A full UK driving licence for manual vehicles is essential for this role.

What Will You Need?

Strong Knowledge: Understanding of CQC / CSSIW regulations.
Commitment: Willingness to register with CQC under a domiciliary care location.
Leadership Experience: Managing a team, setting objectives, and ensuring goals are met.
Service Delivery: Experience in delivering services in compliance with contracts.
Specialized Knowledge: Experience in learning disability and autism services.
Management Experience: Managing supported living homes or similar and familiarity with performance management processes.
Training: Completed or willingness to undertake Management Development training.
Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence for manual vehicles is essential.
