Summary
Our Client a Prestige Main Dealer is looking for a top quality Machine Polisher and Detailer to join their dynamic team.
Job Description
As a Machine Polisher/Detailer, you will be responsible for:
Polishing and Buffing: Using machine polishers to restore and enhance the paint finish of vehicles.
Preparation: Cleaning and preparing surfaces before polishing.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality.
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate polishing machinery to achieve desired surface finishes.
Select appropriate tools and polishing compounds for different materials and finishes.
Monitor the polishing process to avoid damage to surfaces.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Salary and Benefits
£29,250 Basic plus Bonus £31,250 OTE
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
